Thank you for your interest in my immigration books for Virginia residents!
Applying for a visa or a green card can be a complicated and confusing process. Any mistakes that you make in deciding how to move forward with your immigration case or in preparing your application correctly can be very costly. For example, if you submit the wrong application or if you don’t meet all of the requirements for the immigration benefit you apply for, your application will be denied and you won’t get a refund of your application fees (which may be several thousands of dollars). Worse yet, some mistakes can lead to deportation proceedings. Other mistakes may make your case very difficult to win or could make it impossible for you to get a green card or immigrant visa.
Because of these risks, you should take the time to learn as much as possible about your options BEFORE you complete any immigration forms or submit anything to the government. Your immigration status, and the immigration status of the people you love, is simply too important to risk by not being informed before you begin the process.
If you think that your immigration case is simple because it only involves “filling out a couple of forms,” then you really should take the time to read one of my books before you begin. Immigration cases are always much more complicated than simply filling out a couple of forms. To be fair, you may not need an immigration lawyer to help you with your case. But you do need to learn as much as possible about your options so that you can make the right choices for your situation.
To help you better understand the issues involved in the immigration process, I’m offering to send FREE copies of my books to Virginia residents. All you need to do is complete the request form so that I know where to send the book that you’d like to read. Every immigration lawyer should have a package of information that they can share with you to help you better understand your options and whether you should meet with an immigration lawyer in person to discuss your case.
